To ensure this, we require full payment at the time of booking, and all payments are non-refundable. Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person, and we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the full payment, although we will assist in rescheduling your appointment.
